Session 1
Session 1 helps you shift your self-identity by transforming the limiting or harmful beliefs you have about yourself. This is done in a supportive, safe environment that leaves you feeling empowered. For many, just this step alone can be life-changing.
Session 2
Here we focus on releasing the emotional charge tied to past experiences. It helps resolve past events, allowing your body and unconscious mind to embrace the belief that "It’s over… I’m safe now."
